EAST MEADOW, N.Y. — Anna Fairman scored the lone goal for LIU in the Sharks' 1-1 tie against Robert Morris.
 
Fairman netted her second goal of the season midway through the second period to tie the game at 1. Alexa Degan recorded her first collegiate point with an assist on the play.
 
Abbie Thompson made 25 saves during the Sharks' fifth overtime game of the season.
 
The Sharks and Colonials will wrap up their two-game series on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Northwell Health Ice Center during the second annual "White Out the 'Well" and Sophie's Squad Mental Health Awareness Game.
