BROOKVILLE, N.Y. — Following its game in front of a crowd of 6,000 fans at Villanova last week, LIU will take on another road challenge against Duquesne (2-2) this Saturday, Oct 5 at 1 p.m.
The Sharks will look to carry over some late game momentum from last game, after outscoring the Wildcats 10-7 in the second half.
Quarterback
Luca Stanzani has been a driving force for LIU thus far, tallying 655 total yards and 7 touchdown passes. Stanzani and
Michael Love have connected for four of those touchdowns this season, with Love amassing 253 total yards through five games.
Ludovick Choquette has also continued to rise as a standout performer, leading the team in rushing with 282 yards this season.
Jalen Bell led the Sharks defensively last game against Villanova, coming up with 3 solo tackles and 7 total tackles. He joins a growing list of defensive standouts this season, including:
