DULUTH, Minn. — The LIU women's hockey team head into conference play searching for their first victory of the season.
Seventh-ranked Minnesota Duluth completed a two-game sweep of the Sharks with a 4-0 win on Saturday afternoon.

Tindra Holm made 51 saves in the defeat.
LIU opened the season with consecutive series against No. 5 Northeastern and No. 7 Minnesota Duluth.
The Sharks return to action next Friday at Sacred Heart to begin NEWHA play. The teams then play on Long Island on Saturday in an SNY-televised game at 7 p.m. at Northwell Health Ice Center.
