Scouting the Sharks
The Sharks are looking to carry the momentum from last week's dominating sweep over Post into the final two weeks of the regular season, and as they push towards the playoffs. The NEWHA Rookie of the Week, Renee Hoffmann, lead the way with six points behind three goals and three assists, including a short-handed goal on Friday at Post. Carrigan Umpherville also had a monster weekend as she scored three goals and added an assist. Alva Johnsson and Grace Dima both scored in each game last weekend. Mia McLeod earned back-to-back victories in net for the Sharks. She closed out the weekend with 59 saves and only two goals allowed. She now has 428 saves and a .911 save percentage this season. Umpherville leads the team with 12 goals and 10 assists for 22 points this season.

Scouting the Ravens
The Franklin Pierce University Ravens are looking to continue to bounce back as they defeated Anna Maria 8-0 on Tuesday evening, after dropping a pair to Sacred Heart last weekend. After a shutout loss to the Pioneers on Friday, the Ravens put up two goals in a 3-2 loss on Saturday. Franklin Pierce scored two power play goals against Sacred Heart as senior defender Bridgette Prentiss tallied her 15th goal of the season, and 11th power play goal. Her 11 power play goals this season is tied for first in the country. Kiki Doucette scored the other goal for Franklin Pierce. In the 8-0 win over Anna Maria on Tuesday evening, Becca Kniss led the way for the Ravens as she scored two goals and tallied three assists. Haley Parker also had a multiple goal night as she scored twice. Jessica Strack earned the win in goal after stopping all four shots she faced.

Last Time Against the Ravens
This season, the series between the Sharks and Ravens is tied 1-1.
