NOTES ON THE SHARKS
The Sharks (4-9, 4-2) are looking to bounce back this weekend from a 2-1 non-conference loss against Sacred Heart last Friday. Morgan Schauer scored her first career goal early against the Pioneers. With less than two minutes left, Sacred Heart would break through, getting on the board and tying the game. After a scoreless second period and first half of the third period, it was Sacred Heart who broke through once more. Combined, the defense killed all five of Sacred Heart's power play opportunities. Kenzie Harmison made the start in net and finished the game with 32 saves. Harmison has 152 saves this season and is sporting a .921 save percentage. Carrigan Umpherville finished the game with an assist and she leads the team with five goals and eight assists. Four other Sharks, Matilda af Bjur, Paula Bergström, Abby Latorella, and Megan Bouveur all have four goals on the season.

SCOUTING THE RAVENS
Franklin Pierce University (10-3, 6-2) comes into the matchup on a three-game win streak, and have won six games in NEWHA play. The Ravens defeated Suffolk last week, 5-2. Haley Parker scored twice, while Nicole Amato and Becca Kniss each scored once and had an assist. Emme Ostrander got the victory in net, finishing with 17 saves after facing 19 shots. Ostrander has 260 total saves and a .935 save percentage this season. Parker currently leads the team with seven goals and is tied for second with 10 assists. Bridgette Prentiss leads the team with 13 assists.
