BROOKLYN, N.Y. - The Long Island University men's basketball program has announced that they will play one game at Barclays Center this year. The Sharks will take on Saint Peter's University, Sunday, December 22, at the home of the National Basketball Association's Brooklyn Nets, continuing a partnership that has been in place since the arena opened in 2012.

LIU will host local rival Saint Peter's in a game that will tip off at 12 p.m. It will be the second time the two teams meet in the NBA arena; in 2017, the two teams faced off at Barclays, with the Peacocks coming out on top.
