Staudacher, Palsson Lead Women's Golf to Fourth at MU Hawk Invitational

Andrea Staudacher of the Long Island University women's golf team fired rounds of 78 and 79 to finish second at the MU Hawk Invitational in Lakewood, N.J. Along with a sixth-place finish from sophomore
Anna Palsson, the LIU women took fourth overall in the event with scored of 340 and 339.
Palsson was the most consistent Blackbird as her scores of 81-81 were enough for sole possession of sixth-place. Freshman
Linnea Jonsson began the tournament with an 84 on day one and improved upon that showing with an 80 on Sunday.
Long Island returns to the course April 5-6 at the Longwood/Tina Barrett Invitational in Farmville, Va.
